Chawan browser plaintext wrap

Something I hadn't  noticed when browsing gopher  holes with Chawan
was that plain text files were not having their text wrapped to the
width of the window when the line length was longer than that.

I posed the question to the author of Chawan who replied rapidly: I
just needed to add

plaintext { white-space: pre-wrap }

to user style in ~./config/chawan/config.toml
