Lynx browser update

Lynx  converts gophermap  pages into html internallly,  and adds  a
horrible <H1>  tag at the top. I have modified the  source code  of
Lynx to  remove this This code  also has the hard  coded  mpeg_play
lines removed.

cd lynx
run philip-make.sh to compile lynx
