Librewolf: maximize windows

Librewolf doesn't open maximized

Librewolf doesn't include code to open maximized on startup. 
It could remember it's last window size if fingerprinting 
protection is disabled, but that would remove most of the benefit 
of using Librewolf in the first place.

Instead, I installed the plugin maximize-all-windows which does the 
trick.
