I've give up using wttr.in for displaying the local weather here as
it's often down or giving "unknown location" results.

Instead I'm now using ansiweather.

Install it with sudo apt-get  install ansiweather 
or sudo pacman -S ansiweather

Read the manual - man ansiweather for all the options, for example:
$ ansiweather -s true -a false -l saint-jacut-du-mené,FR

You can  also get  a free  API key from  the openweather  web site:
https://home.openweathermap.org/
