I just  had an epiphany. I'm  removing html links that aren't phlog
articles from  this gopher hole. After all, what did web sites (or 
the Romans) ever do for gopher?

Ok,  a few  do have  gopher  links (  you  can count  them on  your
fingers), but  this is Gopher  man, we  are textual and  free!  Who
needs  the  overhead of  catering  to  html  tags, of  getting  bad
responses from moronic web sites  who insist you need javascript to
see their  adverts and vacuum your  data, who couldn't give  a bean
that their site looks like  a jumble of obsfucated heiroglyphics in
your perfect text-only browser?

Blast them all to hell, let these mammouths fry in their tar pit of
superiority. If it's not in gopher, it doesn't exist.

Here  be  an  island  of  sanity, of  actual  blissful  human  made
keyboarded contentment, far from the madding crowd.
